One of the activities our council can be proudest of is the multiple blood drives we sponsor .I hope all our parishioners recognize how important this is .
Whenever those weekends are , the timing may be wrong for us to donate as individuals . Hopefully , we all are aware of how necessary it is that we do our share . Not all of us can donate . But all of us , or a loved one , will need someone else’s blood at some point . Donating blood is something we all intend to do , but some of us just quite don’t make it . If you’re one of those people , make it happen in 2020 . Be a hero . Be an example . Save a life . With centers in Farragut and Knoxville they’re easy to find . Don’t forget , there’s juice and snacks . Happy New Year .
